Hot stone massage is a very old Native American massage, where you are massaged with stressful, rolling and gentle movements. The heat from the stones penetrates deep into your muscles and loosens all tension and increases blood circulation, thus eliminating waste and lactic acid. During the massage you become so relaxed that you are almost in a meditative state. You also call hot stone massage energy therapy, as it has a wonderful effect on the whole body, both body and mind.
